Subject:Article#2 Duration
Good Morning,
I am reaching out this morning to attempt to schedule a date that would work for both parties in reference to the
collective bargaining agreement. In the current CBA Article 2 titled "Duration" section 2 states"the city, and the
association agree that the parties will meet no later than March 1, 2024 to initiate discussions with regard to the new
collective bargaining agreement to take affect upon expiration of agreement". Please advises a good time and date that
will work for your team so we can begin this process. I may also be reached by cellphone at 409-332-0205.
Respectfully,
