We have been in existence since 2012 and had two locations, one in Nederland & the other now in Port Arthur, which is located at 6366 Jade Ave. We are:  We are a 501(c)3 tax exemption  Faith Base-Non-Denominational Church {English & Spanish}  Social Services {Second contact service}  Community Informational Center {Seniors & others}  Transitional Communicational Center-{Spanish, Asian} we have translators for Adults & Youths Our Mission Because of the growing concerns facing homelessness, family abuse, drugs and hunger in the United States and our City, we made a spiritual and humanitarian obligation to partner with the City of Port Arthur to take the lead and continue bringing out our Greatness in the City of Port Arthur by working together to make the difference. OUR STAFFING We have an aggressive administration team ready and willing to assist to develop and serve the needs of our Community. We are well educated from RN’s to Medical Doctors & Counselors who are well trained and qualified. • Community Informational & Help Center {Assist with Documentations} • Family & Drug awareness Informational Center {Partners} • Temporary & Permanent Housing & Placement Informational Center • Senior Help Center {Help seniors adjust to a changing environment} • Warming Center • Disaster Relief Center • Immigration {Transitional Center} {Kids & Parents} Community Service Center Services provided & Partnerships Temporary Location 24/7 High Security Controlled Environment Easily assessable to unsheltered persons MANAGEMENT SERVICES Our Organization is asking the City of Port Arthur Lease us a partial of land , so that we can create a controlled, humanitarian and clean encampment for the Homeless Why?  Their Located in one area  Churches, Our Community Outreach organizations will have easier excess to them  Their not on the Streets or in Business establishments  They will have a temporary address to receive mail or shipped documentations  Better Health & Cleaner environment  Drug Free, Alcohol free & better controlled We Will: Meeting needs of our Community PA Police Escort to the center Only!!!! Drug Free Abuse Free Healthier, Safer & Clean location  Received anyone {Women, Families, Abuse persons.. Etc.}  Those who are not PA residents can be escorted to their place of residents or City-by the center ‘s representative  Homeless personal will be responsible to cleaned the location  Sponsor a Community Garden or Westside Garden center  Place for Job pickups  Jobs Training and partner with {Texas Workforce Center}  Counseling  Faith-Base Education-Not –But Highly encouraged  Lamar university {Partner} First Proposal Living in Tents Housing Double Wide Mobile Home  Temporary Shelter  On-site-Staff  Most will continue to use tents  Trash locations will be estab- lished  There will be assigned to a spe- cific tent & locations  Area Group leadership will form  24/7 Security  24/7 Drop-offs PA Law Enforcement  Easily assessable  Health Mobile care services Meeting needs in our Community  Four Bedrooms-Abuse Women & Children or Single women  Two Full Baths  Laundry room  Kitchen-where there will be three meals per day  Warming center  Cooling center  Phone charging, Television and a place to lounge for the day  A place to receive Health care, Counseling, Faith Base Proposal #2 Solution Meeting needs of our Community Annual & One time Cost: Double Wide Mobile Home $ 90,000 (One time) Yearly Staifing & Admin $56,000 (Yr) Water/Sewer $ 3,500 (Yr) Utilities $6,000 (Yr) Furniture (Missions) $ 5,000 (One Time) Appliances $5,000 (One Time) Security {Three rotating employees} $ 10,500(Monthly) x 12 $156,000 (Yr) Food & Supplies $30,000 (Yr) Lability insurance $ 7,000 (Yr) Taps( Water & Sewer) $ 0 Exemption Land Expense $ 0 Exemption Porta Johns (Two on Site) $ 1,800 (Yr) Mobile Home Connections Water & Lightings $ 7,500 (One Time) Travel, Identiffcation Fees $ 8,000 (Yr) __________________________ Total $375,800 Proposal # 1 & #2 SUPPORT You Have the Power to Make a Difference
