Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Downtown TIRZ #1 will hold a meeting in Port Arthur, Texas on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., at Port Arthur City
Hall, 5th Floor Council Chambers, 444 4th Street, Port Arthur, Texas 77640. The Meeting will also be held By Telephonic and Videoconference, In Addition To Allowing In Person
Attendance. A Quorum Of The TIRZ Board Will Be Physically Present In The City Council Chambers, Fifth Floor, City Hall, 444 Fourth Street Port Arthur, Texas. The Public May

This meeting is open to the public, to discuss and adopt such orders, resolutions or motions,
and take direct or indirect actions as may be necessary, convenient, or desirable with respect to the
following matters:
AGENDA
1. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Establishment of quorum and call to order.
3. Approval of Minutes from the previous Downtown Tax Reinvestment Zone TIRZ #1 Board Meeting held on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
4. Introduction of new TIRZ Board Representative for Jefferson County.
5. Discussion and possible action regarding current and future projects within the
boundaries Downtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ #1).
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
(a) In accordance with TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE §551.072, to discuss or deliberate
the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property within the boundaries and/or
expansion of the Downtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone TIRZ #1 in Port
Arthur, Texas.
(b) In accordance with TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE §551.087, to discuss
development incentives within the boundaries of the Downtown Tax Increment
Reinvestment Zone TIRZ #1 in Port Arthur, Texas.
