Notice is hereby given pursuant to Chapter 551 of the
Government Code that a possible quorum of the City
Council of The City of Port Arthur, Texas will be
attending the Homeownership Celebration, Thursday,
August 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. to be held at 3401 Cultural Center
Drive, Port Arthur, Texas 77642.
This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council;
therefore, this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas
Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, the City Council will
not deliberate, take any official action on any items discussed, nor
will there be meeting minutes for this notice.
CERTIFICATION
I certify that a copy of the August 15, 2024 notice was posted
this 12th day of August, 2024 in the City Hall Building Lobby, Port
Arthur, Texas at 5:00 p.m. (Inside / Outside)
