Mr. Leger stated that he believed it is for a single-family dwelling, but he was not sure. Mr. Burton informed the commissioners that the applicant requested the proposed use as "LC" for Light Commercial and that the applicant would have to request a zoning change. Page ~ 2 Mr. Cox asked if the original application should have been denied since the applicant wanted to change the zoning of the property. Mr. Leger stated that it is the responsibility of the surveyor to present the case requested by the client, rather it be approved or not. He also stated, it is better for P&Z to table/deny a case pending additional information or changes, so suggested changes can be explained to the client and supported by the P&Z Commission. IX.
