The Meeting will also be held By Telephonic and Videoconference, In Addition To Allowing In Person Attendance. A Quorum Of The TIRZ Board Will Be Physically Present In The City Council Chambers, Fifth Floor, City Hall, 444 Fourth Street Port Arthur, Texas. Approval of Minutes from the previous Downtown Tax Reinvestment Zone TIRZ #1 Board Meeting held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. 4. Discussion and possible action regarding current and future projects within the Downtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ #1). 5. Report from the Finance Director regarding the Downtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ #1) financial budget. 6. EXECUTIVE SESSION: (a) In accordance with TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE §551.072, to discuss or deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property within the boundaries and/or expansion of the Downtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone TIRZ #1 in Port Arthur, Texas. (b) In accordance with TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE §551.087, to discuss development incentives within the boundaries of the Downtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone TIRZ #1 in Port Arthur, Texas. 7.
