Subject:Temporary Road Closure for PA11
Mr. Fountain,
Due to the ongoing construction at Placement Area 11(PA11)and the changing conditions in the area,we
recommend extending the closing of North Levee Road to public traffic. As construction progresses, the
road conditions are becoming less predictable, and we want to ensure the safety of all road users. To
minimize potential hazards and disruptions, we believe it is best to close the road to through traffic for
the duration of the construction work.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause, but this closure recommendation is being sent out of
caution to prevent accidents and allow the construction to proceed smoothly. We will keep you informed
of any updates or changes to the closure timeline and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Sincere)
e4s,
