The property is located south of Lake Arthur Drive and north of 60th Street. 2 Purpose… The purpose of this request is to change the zoning from Commercial Retail to a Planned Development District for residential and commercial retail activity. 3 Background… 4 Current/Proposed zoning Current Zoning : Commercial Retail (CR) The property is currently in a Commercial Retail (CR) zoned district, which is intended to provide a location for light commercial and retail activities. These locations are typically along major thoroughfares and highways.
