District.
Introduction:
The intent of this Agenda Item is to seek the City Council's consideration and approval
of P.O. NO. 7427, amending Appendix A — Zoning of the City of Port Arthur Code of
Ordinances by granting a Zoning Map Amendment for approximately 0.2987 Acres of
Land consisting of part of Lot 1, Block 32, and Lot 17, Block 7, Port Acres Subdivision,
Port Arthur, Jefferson County, Texas, to change the zoning from Low Density
Residential District (LDR) to Commercial Retail District (CR) to allow the re-

compliance with zoning regulations.

The request aims to change the zoning from a "Low Density Residential" zoned district
to a "Commercial Retail" zoned district for the re-establishment and operation of a car
wash.
