RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR,TEXAS,ESTABLISHING A
PIPELINE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT AGREEMENT COMMITTEE AND
APPOINTING MEMBERS AND ALTERNATE MEMBERS To ASSIST IN
NEGOTIATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NEW PIPELINE INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS,the purpose of the Pipeline Industrial District Agreement Committee("Committee")is to
hold regular meetings between the City of Port Arthur and the entities associated with Pipeline
Industrial District Agreements to negotiate the terms and conditions for the new pipeline industrial
district agreements; and
WHEREAS, the City seeks to appoint members and alternate members to the Committee.
Now THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR,TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the facts and above recitals are true, correct, and hereby incorporated for all
purposes.
SECTION 2 That the purpose of the Pipeline Industrial District Agreement Committee is to hold
regular meetings between the City of Port Arthur and the entities associated with Pipeline Industrial
District Agreements to negotiate the terms and conditions for the new pipeline industrial district
agreements to be finally approved by the City Council.
• SECTION 3. That the Pipeline Industrial District Agreement Committee members will consist of
the City Attorney, the City Manager, and the following councilmembers:
SECTION 4. That the Committee will consist of the following alternate members:
SECTION 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after the date of passage and
is so resolved.
SECTION 6. That a copy of the caption of this Resolution shall be spread upon the Minutes of the
City Council.
READ,ADOPTED AND APPROVED,this day of July,2026 AD,at a Regular Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Port Arthur,Texas by the following vote: AYES:
