BACKGROUND: The: Fve Departrnent utilizes Holmatro Rescue Tools for vehicle extrication incidents. These new tools aze compatible with existing rescue tools the department already has. This package will consist of the following:. HR-1 Unesade $12.818 Two (2) hose reels, one (1) valve adapter, two (2) 50' hydraulic hoses, two (2) 6' hydraulic hoses, four (4) 3000 series tool conversions. En_eine 6 Un_erade $8,324 One (1) 3000 Series tool conversion, one (I) DPU 30 compact hydraulic pump, one (I) 32" hydraulic hose. Engine 8 Replacement $39,228 Two (2) hose reels, one DPU 60PH hydraulic pump, two (2) 50' hydraulic hoses, two (2) 6' hydraulic hoses one (1) short telescopic ram, one (1) long telescopic ram, one (1) cutter, one (1) spreader, one (I) tip cutting, one (1) pulling set with hooks, one (1) pulling chain set. Metro Fve Apparatus Specialist, Inc., is the sole source municipal vendor for Holmatro Rescue Tools in the State of Texas. BUDGET/FISCAL EFFECT: .Funds aze available in Account #001-1121-522.92-00 for this purchase.
