On behalf of the Board of Directors for the Southeast Texas Arts Council, please accept
our sincere gratitude for continuing support of our efforts in the amount of $45,000. This
year we will continue to financially support Port Arthur arts organizations, including
some emerging ones, we will return with a larger ice skating rink between December 12
and January 4, and we will continue to promote tourism through OffRamp~ If we can be
