A RESOLIITION AIITHORIZING TBE CITY
MANAGER AND THE ACTING CITY. ATTORNEY TO
PIIRCHASE TH8 PROPERTY LOCATED AT 528
WEST 6°h STREET, PORT ARTHIIR
WHEREAS, the-City Council. desires to purchase the
property located at 528 West 6th street.
NOW, THEREFORE SE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT ARTHIIR:
Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the
preamble are true and correct.
Section 2. That the. City Manager. and the Acting.
City Attorney are herein authorized to take such necessary
steps as to purchase the property located at 528 West 6th
Street.
Section 3. That the purchase price and other costs
for the property shall be as delineated in Exhibit "A"
Section 4. That a copy of: the caption of: this
Resolution be spread upon the Minutes of the City Council.
READ, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED on this, the day of
January, A.D. 2010, at a Meeting of the City Council. of the'
City of Port Arthur, Texas, by the following
