Recommendation
It is recommended to award the bid for fencing replacement at Eagles Park to Clint's
Fencing, of Por[ Arthur, Texas, as the lowest and most responsible bidder, in the amount of
$19,241.99. Said fence was damaged by Humcane Ike and needs to be repaired in order to
restore the quality of the facility and improve the overall quality of life for citizens.

Hurricane Ike made landfall on the gulf coast of Texas on September 13, 2008. It destroyed
the fencing at Eagles Pazk.. Vazious leagues utilize this park because it provides a healthy
source of entertainment and/or competition for the youth, young adults, and senior citizens of
