Applicant -Randy Malouf (Cody Johnson) Owner - Johannah Williams RECOMMENDATION: St~-ff has no objections to this request due to the hardship of the family not being able to afford more land, yet to build a new house in compliance with the Codes. The house will fit on the property with the correct setbacks. The lot is less than 5,000 square feet, which is the minimum lot size. BtIDGETARY/FISCAL EFFECT: None STAFFING/EMPLOYEE EFFECT: None SUMMARY: Thee Zoning Board of Adjustment and Appeals is requested to approve this lot of 4500 square feet to allow for legal non-compliance in regards to present Codes and Zoning Ordinance. CITY HALL - 5T" FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM Roll Call -Chairman, John Clayton convened the meeting at 5:30 p.m. Commissioners present: John Clayton, Deral Segler, Melinda McNulty, Desiree' Edwards, and Freddie Ruth Earl (alternate) were present to constitute the necessary quorum.
