The subsequent amount of $40,115.73 (GSA Pricing) for Fiscal Year 2011wi11 be invoiced after October 1, 2010,"as referenced in "Exhibit A". BACKGROUND The Blackboard Connect for Government service allows government leaders and first responders to provide emergency information, notices, direction, and reassurance to reach thousands of constituents in minutes, without having to invest in or maintain hardware, software, or additional phone lines. This service will allow government leaders and first responders to communicate important information quickly and reliably with voice, text, and email messages. BUDGETARY/FISCAL EFFECT• Funds to purchase this service are available in Police Department Account #001-1101-521.61-03.
