"Jol:ice is hereby given that, pursuant to Article VI, Section 94-383 of the Code Of
Ordinances, the City Council of the City of Port Arthur will hold a public hearing on
'~~uesday, .June 1, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Port Arthur City Hall Council Chambers, Fifth
Floor, 444 4th Street, to consider the aband'~~onment, vacating and relinquishing of all
public rights and interests of 6,000 square feet consisting of a 20-foot wide alley right-of-
way located between Florida Avenue and El Paso Avenue (lies North of lots 1-6, block
170 and South of lots 1-7, block 170) and is parallel to the Buu Mom Buddhist Temple in
the City of Port Arthur, Jefferson County, Texas.
A precise drawing and description of this property will be presented at the Public Hearing
and. can be examined in the City Planning Department, City Hall, 444 4th Street, Fourth
Floor, Port Arthur, Texas.
