2. ~/n~ P~u~/Limi~on on di~u~ion and que~oning. Each ~n adducing the Council shall step
up to the mic~phone p~vided for the u~ of the public and give his name and add~ in an audible tone of
voice for the ~rds, ~te that subj~ he wish~ to di~u~, s~ whom he is ~p~nting if he ~p~n~ an
organi~tion or other pe~n, and unle~ fu~her time is grant~ by majori~ vo~ of the ~uncil, shall limit his
~mar~ to five (5) minu~s. All ~mar~ shall be addr~d to the Council as a whole and not ~ any mem~r
ther~f. No pe~n other than mem~ of the Council and the ~n having the floor shall ~ ~rmi~ to
en~r into any di~u~ion, whether di~ly or through a mem~r of the Council~ without the ~rmi~ion of the
P~iding ~r.

the ma~er ~ing consider. The Ci~ ~cm~ shall print such mquut to the P~iding O~r for approval b~om
placing the name on the Agenda.
