RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AS IT PERTAINS TO AN
INVESTIGATION AS TO THE INCIDENTS AT THE 400
BLOCK OF PROCTER STREET ON OR ABOUT DECEMBER
4, 2004 AND THE RESULTING PROCESSING THEREOF
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the City Manager that
the City enter into a contract to investigate an incident on
December 4, 2004, as to the appropriateness of the behavior of
City Officials including Elected Officials, City Administrators,
other Police employees, and other parties that

Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble
are true and correct.
Section 2. That the City Manager is herein authorized
to enter into an agreement for an investigation as delineated in
Exhibit ~A".
