AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZINGAN EXTENSION FOR THE DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 401 PROCTER STREET WHEREAS, the City has received a request for an extension of time as to remove or demolish the house located at 401 Procter Street, as delineated in Exhibit "A"; and, WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interests of the citizens to extend the time to remove or demolish the house from the property located at 401 Procter. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR, TEXAS: Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble are true and correct. Section 2. That the deadline to remove or demolish the house located at 401 Procter is extended to June 30, 2005. Section 3. That a copy of the caption of this Ordinance shall be spread upon the Minutes of the City Council.
