REQUEST:
The applicant is requesting that the property generally located between between 25th
Street~ 27t~ Street, 8th Ave and the Entergy right-of-way be rezoned from Two-Family
Residential to Multi-Family Residential.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant is proposing to construct mult~*£an~ly units on the property. He has
indicated that he will be building quadplexes on the property.
PLANNING AND ZONING COM~SS1ON RECOMMENDATION:
The Platming and Zoning Commission met on Monday, February 20, 2006 and
recommended the request for Multi-family be approved.
