BACKGROUND:
The applicant is proposing to construct a commercial development on the property of
approximately 80.000 sq. ft.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Monday, February 20, 2006 and
recommended the request for Light Commemial be approved.

OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CZ'FY OF PORT ARTHUR
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the revised Civil Statutes and the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port Arthur that the City Council of the City of
Port Arthur will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at 7:00
p.m. in the Port Arthur City Hall Council Chamber, 444 4th Street, to consider
