NOTICE
N otice is hereby given pursuant to Chapter 551
of the Government Code that the City Council
and members of the Port Arthur Housing
Authority of The City of Port Arthur, Texas will be
attending a Town Hall Meeting, requested by
Councilmember Kerry Thomas, on Tuesday, April 9,
2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Port Arthur Recreation
Center, 1308 9th Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas to discuss
a proposed development of affordable housing at 3501
12 Street (Port Arthur Housing Initiative II, L.P. —
Edison Site) with concerned citizens.
