RANGE "H ", PORT ARTHUR LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION. CITY OF PORT ARTHUR. JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS (PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF JIMMY JOHNSON BOULEVAD AND WEST OF LAKE ARTHUR DRIVE) The Chairman introduced the above - mentioned preliminary plat request. Planning Director, Ronald Burton, gave an overview of the above - mentioned request. The Commission opened the meeting to hear from anyone present in the audience who wished to speak regarding the above - mentioned request: Speaking For: Anthony Leger, Soutex Surveyors, Inc., 3737 Doctors Drive, Port Arthur, TX 77642 Speaking Against: None Planning Director, Ronald Burton, recommended that preliminary plat request P13 -02 be approved.
