RECOMMENDATION:
We recommend the City Council authorize Triangle Locksmith of Nederland, Texas to change the
locks at the Armory building located at 3451 57th St., in the amount of $5,021.60.
BACKGROUND:
The Armory building, located at 3451 57th St., entered into an a lease agreement with Climate
Controlled Containers Manufaturing, LLC, per Res. 12 -275. Based on the requirements of the tenant,
all the locks for the facility needed changing. Three vendors were contacted with Triangle Locksmith
of Nederland, Texas providing the lowest quote.
