A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND / OR
REAPPOINTING A MEMBER OR MEMBERS TO THE PORT •
ARTHUR YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City Council, on the 15 day of October, 2002,
created a youth commission called the Port Arthur Youth Advisory
Council (YAC); and
WHEREAS, the existing members are delineated in Exhibit
"A "; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint and / or reappoint
members to this council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ARTHUR, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble
are true and correct.
Section 2. That the City Council herein approves the
appointments to the Port Arthur Youth Advisory Council, who will
serve through December 31, 2015; as delineated in Exhibit "B ".
Section 3. That a copy of the caption of this
Resolution be spread upon the Minutes of the City Council.
