RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND / OR
REAPPOINTING A MEMBER OR MEMBERS TO THE PORT
ARTHUR YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City Council, on the 15 day of October, 2002,
created a youth commission called the Port Arthur Youth Advisory
Council (YAC); and
WHEREAS, the existing members are delineated in Exhibit
"A "; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint and / or reappoint
members to this council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ARTHUR, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble
are true and correct.
Section 2. That the City Council herein approves the -
appointments to the Port Arthur Youth Advisory Council, who will
serve through December 16, 2016, and January 31,,2016; as
delineated in Exhibit "B ".
Section 3. That a copy of the caption of this
