Moore, seconded by N. Simon to table the Planning Staffs recommendation to approve zoning district change request Z14-03 c. APPROVAL OF ABANDONMENT REQUEST A14-02 Paul Brown recommended that abandonment request A14-02 be approved. The motion was made by N. Simon, seconded by R. Cox to accept the Planning Staffs recommendation to approve abandonment request A14-02. Voting Yes:All Voting No:None d. MINUTES-JULY 7,2014 Upon the motion of L Moore,seconded by R.
