RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND / OR
REAPPOINTING A MEMBER OR MEMBERS TO THE PORT
ARTHUR YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City Council, on the 15th day of October, 2002,
created a youth commission called the Port Arthur Youth Advisory
Council (YAC) ; and
WHEREAS, the existing members are delineated in Exhibit
"A"; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint and / or reappoint
members to this council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ARTHUR, TEXAS :
Section 1 . That the facts and opinions in the preamble
are true and correct .
Section 2 . That the City Council herein approves the
appointments to the Port Arthur Youth Advisory Council, who will
serve through, January 31, 2016, and December 16, 2016; as
delineated in Exhibit "B" .
Section 3 . That a copy of the caption of this

Resolution be spread upon the Minutes of the City Council.
