O. 5768 This proposed ordinance amends the code of ordinances to enable us to adjust water, (in addition to the sewer adjustments currently authorized), from residential and Church customer's bills that are excessive due to leaks or to unexplained, "unusually high" consumption. The current ordinance provides for water adjustments only on residential accounts. The adjustments for churches will be based on the same policies as currently applied to residential accounts.
