Attached is Proposed Resolution No. 11625 pertaining to the rent proration as
to the purchase of approximately 407 acres of land at the landfill and two drainage
easements. We will discuss the rent proration and other issues in Executive Session.

RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE RENT
PRORATION AS TO THE PURCHASE OF
APPROXIMATELY 407 ACRES OF LAND AT THE
LANDFILL AND TWO DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, thc City dcsircs to rcsolvc thc issues as to rent proration in thc
upcoming purchase of approximatcly 407 acres of land at thc landfill and two drainage
easements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR:
Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble are true and correct.
Section 2. That the rent proration as delineated in Exhibit "A" is herein
approved and the City Manager and the City Attorney are authorized to use this
proration.
Section 3. That a copy of thc caption of this Resolution be spread upon the
Minutes of the City Council.
