The City's Engineering Department has prepared the map and provided detailed written legal descriptions for the revised Councilmember districts. ORDINANCE NO. P. O. No. 5248 03/01/02 - ts AN LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE MEMBER DISTRICTS WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 01-46 for the City Council Member therefor; and WHEREAS, the City legal descriptions of the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY CITY OF PORT ARTHUR, TEXAS: 1. That the facts and true and correct. That. the which is file with the City Secretary's office. THE Section preamble are Section 2. Member Districts, ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE WRITTEN REVISED COUNCIL adopted a revised plan Districts and approved maps has now received detailed written Council Member Districts. THE CITY COUNCIL OF opinions in the Section 3. That the legal descriptions for the revised Council Member Districts, which are attached hereto as Exhibit "B", are herein approved and adopted. z .po5248 map for the revised Council marked as Exhibit "A", is on Section 4. That the Acting City Secretary shall send a copy of this Resolution and the Exhibits to the County Clerks of Jefferson and Orange Counties. Section 5.
