NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 94-383, Code of Ordinances of
the City of Port Arthur, and 311.001 and 311.007, Transportation Code, is hereby
given that the City Council of the City of Port Arthur will hold a Public Hearing on
Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the Port Arthur City Hall Council
Chambers, Fifth Floor, 444 4th Street, to consider the proposed abandonment of
the following:
A15-02 (The Hughen Center, Inc.) For 0.0459 Acre Of Land,
Consisting Of A Utility Easement Located Within Tract 1-A And 1-B,
Block 12, Town Of Griffing, City Of Port Arthur, Jefferson County,
Texas.
A precise drawing and description of the proposed abandonment will be
presented at the Public Hearing and can be examined in the City Planning
Department, City Hall, Port Arthur, Texas.
